If you feel more comfortable doing so you can contact our automated telephone voicemail to email system to leave your query. Please make sure you clearly state your username and email address, followed by your query. An audio recording of your message will then be emailed to a member of our team who will endeavour to respond to your query by email within 24hrs.
We use an 0844 telephone number to provide our service to users as cheaply and easily as possible. The 0844 prefix is a "Non-Geographic" telephone number, meaning that it is not allocated to any particular area of the country. 0844 telephone numbers are charged at local rate from BT landlines but mobile operators usually charge more to call them.
